It's now working. No rhyme or reason. But my other domain is still not working:
www.natureimagesforhealthcare.com
My contact page was working properly. But I just had a customer tell me he tried twice to get to me through my contact page, and I got no message. I did a test, and no message. I have Mail Send Type set as Mail in TTG-BE. My email address is set the same in TTG-BE and Bluehost. It's a gmail address. [deleted by mod] Help, I am missing important messages.

So just by going to my website, you fixed it. You are good. Works for me now too. Thanks Rod.
My website: www.martyhulsebos.com I'm using CE4.
My cart was working fine. I must have done something to mess things up. Now when the cart button us pushed on my website, a message comes up: "No products are available for purchase"
I have searched this forum and I think I have tried everything that has been recommended. Maybe I am missing something. Can anyone help?
Bingo. That was it. Thanks Rod. PS moving to Bluehost from Godaddy solved problems for me.
I just switched to a new webhost and copied the cart folder (within ttg-be) directly from the old host to the new host. However when I go to cart admin, my old settings are not there. I have many product sizes and prices, and it will take a long time to recreate them. That's why I want to copy them over. Which file contains the cart settings?
Yes I was able to access my orders. Thanks!!!
Thanks Rod. I read Ben's posts. I have had the mail type as "Mail" rather than "SMTP". I changed the email address on my Godaddy hosting account to be the same as the one in TTG-BE Admin. Still no luck. The email account is IMAP with Apple. Does that matter?
I get an email from Paypal about payment received for orders, but no message from my website indicating which picture and all the other information. It worked before, but not sure when it stopped working. Also, the contact page does not send me a messages. I just updated all TTG components, and the problem persists. Help, I can't afford to lose orders and customers!!!
When I add an item to the cart, no dollar amount is added. Did I get some settings wrong? (I only have the cart icon in the large image view)
In the Cart documentation, it says "The name given to a pricing scheme (e.g. 'default') is used for matching pricing profiles for galleries or individual images..."
Is it possible to have a pricing scheme for an individual image within a gallery? I don't see how to do that. I use Publisher, and I see how I can specify a scheme at the album level in LR, but not individual images.
With help from your book!!!
I switched to the 2014 theme and same fatal error
I wonder if the old theme remains in the /blog/ folder and is causing problems. Is there any way I can tell...are there files that shouldn't be there that I can look for?
I made sure I didn't make that mistake this time.
I recently upgraded to CE4 and am finding my site to be very slow loading. Can people see if it is slow on their connection:
www.martyhulsebos.com
If so, any solutions?
Ok, I had gotten it to work for a little while, then I made some updates to my site and uploaded. Now I am getting the Fatal Error again. The theme is uploaded to /blog/wp-content/themes/ Wordpress 4.1 is installed.
I made the change and the problem persists. Can you see if I made the change correctly, Rod?
I uploaded the theme to the root level. That is to say I first exported with the name blog. Then the resulting folder was uploaded to the root level. Is this not correct?
Does this mean I have to talk to Godaddy about this?
I recently upgraded from CE2 to CE4 and uploaded my site. I have the latest versions of Pages, Publisher, Wordpress, Gallery, Cart, and Auto-Index.
When I hit the cart button for a photo, I get this message, even though I have set up products and pricing schemes:
No products are available for purchase. Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists.
Any clues?
I recently upgraded from CE2 to CE4 and uploaded my site. I have the latest versions of Pages, Publisher, Wordpress, Gallery, Cart, and Auto-Index.
When I go to the blog page, I get this message: Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_header() in/home/content/65/9258665/html/blog/index.php on line 1
Any clues?
Thanks Rod. That did it.
In CE4 Pages on the About page, and others too, I get the message:
"Error: The specified ID does not correspond to any image in your filmstrip"
It works when I specify image 1, but not other images. And even when specifying image 1, it uses the last of 11 images in the filmstrip. See screen shot of settings.http://www.martyhulsebos.com/Screen%20S … 4%20PM.png
Can anyone help?
