In the Cart documentation, it says "The name given to a pricing scheme (e.g. 'default') is used for matching pricing profiles for galleries or individual images..."
Is it possible to have a pricing scheme for an individual image within a gallery? I don't see how to do that. I use Publisher, and I see how I can specify a scheme at the album level in LR, but not individual images.

You will need to enable the "Mixed Pricing" feature, then assign pricing profiles to individual images via image metadata. Rod Barbee has a great article about this on his site:
