A client using Firefox just told me they keep getting "your connection is not secure. The owner of ____ has not configured their website properly..." We've never heard of someone getting stop by this before. Any advice?

#2 Re: Backlight Support » huh? “Something went wrong Unable to find pageTemplate with ID1" » 2018-02-25 13:37:34

I think I got it. Under CRG settings and personalization the default album needed to be refreshed.

Yikes, I got my backlight up and running. At least I thought. Everything looks fine from the computer I set it up on. But when I go to one of my sites from another device I get this warning “Something went wrong Unable to find pageTemplate with ID1. Try updating the selected template for the application in EngineFactory.php 71“..

I emailed out 3 review sites so I hope this is an easy fix. HELP.

happy to give a helper my log in creds

#5 Backlight Support » "Albums Assigned to You" page after album set » 2018-02-25 03:30:09

It appears that when i send a client an album set to there client review sites it bounces them to the "Albums Assigned to You" page. This makes it seem unnecessary to have the client in a set because they're being hit with too main pages of their assigned albums. CE4 didn't function like this. Would you recommend now just directing to a log in page, once they log in they will get "Albums Assigned to You"? What is the shortest url path to send to clients for them to get the log in page. It seems like it must be http:/yourwebsite.com/backlight/client-response/?

#7 Re: CE4 Publisher » Publisher path preference » 2018-02-24 09:30:48

yes. i save and it will stay in that catalogue but if i open a new catalogue for a new client it defaults back to the old settings

#8 Re: CE4 Publisher » Publisher path preference » 2018-02-24 08:29:40

Yes. But it auto loads with my old path and password.

#9 Re: CE4 Publisher » Publisher path preference » 2018-02-24 08:28:06

The custom css might be over my head. Do you know where i can modify the font size of the word Login? Does that require custom css? Thank you!

I would love to modify the big blue login button and the huge LOGIN title on the page. I would also love to center the fields. Is this possible. Thanks

#12 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » deleted galleries showing up in "Assign Albums to..." » 2016-01-09 05:10:08

I can say in general I do not unselect before deleting and I haven't had this issue.
I think something has gone wrong with this album set in general. I deleted it because it wasn't uploading correctly.

#14 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » deleted galleries showing up in "Assign Albums to..." » 2016-01-09 01:01:58

I unchecked them from the client section of crg admin. is that what you mean?

I see albums that were deleted via publisher showing up still as choices to assign to clients. How do I make these go away?

#16 CE4 Client Response Gallery » response emails still coming in with spaces in filenames » 2015-11-26 02:12:34

Hi,

I've been meaning to put this here for a while. Just wanted to give a heads up that CRG emails are still coming in with spaces in filenames making cutting and pasting into lightroom impossible. Also wanted to let you know that admin log in for client response galleries managed through ttg back end has never worked for me. No matter what I do I still have to log in with the my clients credentials.

Thanks!

#17 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Feature Request - Re Ordering » 2015-09-05 06:08:25

Sorry, I meant for the client to rearrange on the web site. I know I can change on my side and upload again. Any ideas on that?

We make coffee table books and we use your plug in to allow our clients to make notes and deletions to the photos being used in their books. One of our biggest struggles is changing the order of the photos. Right now clients just tell us things like "Move photo 7 to around photo 200". Is there any possibility of a way to move the order of photos around. Would that be a functionality that could appeal to any other users?

thanks!

#20 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Transferring Notes to Meta Data easily? » 2015-08-26 11:19:11

Thanks for the reply. I'm probably missing something but these plugins seem to be more about getting meta data out of lightroom.
I'm just trying to get the info that is coming out of the crg website back into lightroom. Below you can a copy and paste from a small section of one of my feedbacks. I'm just looking for a way to get the NOTES into lightroom without copy and pasting each file name.

We have a client that added lots of notes via the pencil icon in a crg site. Maybe 700 short notes on 700 photos. Is there ANY way to easily transfer that info to the meta data in lightroom. We use TTG BE management uploaded via publisher.
I'm hoping there is something easier than searching each file name and applying manually.
Thanks in advance

Is it possible to limit my discount band to one gallery? If not can I do a coupon code that has a threshold of the order being $200 minimum before working?

thanks

#23 Re: CE4 Cart » download link for digital purchases » 2015-07-19 06:38:48

thats comforting to know it's not just me. Do yo know is there an easy way to make the discount code field not show up in the checkout?

#24 Re: CE4 Cart » download link for digital purchases » 2015-07-19 03:54:53

wow, thank you. such a clear but easy to miss thing i was missing. I don't know why i still get this message when trying to add a shipping method.  I actually wanted to have only pick up at the studio as an option.
