A client using Firefox just told me they keep getting "your connection is not secure. The owner of ____ has not configured their website properly..." We've never heard of someone getting stop by this before. Any advice?

Is this for CE4 or Backlight?
are you asking if the Backlight version would have this same issue?

Mozilla, the creator of Firefox, has a document about this subject: https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/wh … ecure-mean
Or it might just mean that you are hosting a site without an SSL certificate, eg, a site beginning with http:// instead of https://.
