I updated from CRG 7.0.2 to 7.1.2. After publishing in LR the following error comes up in the browser when attempting to view the site. Please advise what I may have missed. Thanks in advance.

#4 Backlight Support » Lost templates and error messages » 2018-01-03 03:49:57

I attempted to update from Backlight-Pages-111, ClientResponse-702 and Wordpress-102 to Backlight-Pages-123-Release3, ClientResponse-712 and Wordpress-125 following the readme instructions very carefully (highlighted in red in the linked PDF below). After completing the procedure I found my templates were gone and am now receiving the error messages shown in the linked screen shots below. Can you tell me where I may have gone wrong in the process to cause these issues? I'm a bit lost as to how to fix this.

By setting to "Standalone" on the Integration tab, correct?

Apologies if this has been asked before but is it possible to create a gallery via Publisher that does not require login? In other words - can I set it up so a client simply clicks on a link to access the gallery directly with no login required?

#9 CE4 Theme for WordPress » CSS » 2015-04-08 02:57:10

My Gallery templates recognize the CSS file I set up to eliminate drop shadows on the social share buttons and use Adobe Typekit fonts but my WordPress theme will not. They are both pointing to the same CSS source file. Any ideas why?

Thanks all. Typekit inst did the trick!

My fonts seem to be showing up bold in the browser while I have the Font-weight set to Lighter under Typography. They appear correct in LR. I know browser appearance is dependent on system fonts but I'm wondering if I missed a setting somewhere.

Also, is there a way to integrate Adobe Typekit web fonts?

#12 Re: CE4 Gallery » Sort order » 2015-02-24 14:56:06

Thanks Rod, the only thing I could get to work was changing the Photo Order to "Order by File Name" (instead of "Managed by Lightroom" in the Edit Smart Album Settings.

I uploaded a new gallery via Publisher not realizing I had the sort order set to "Capture Time" in Lightroom (the album photo order is set to "Managed by Lightroom"). I actually wanted the images to appear in "File Name" order so I changed the setting accordingly in Lightroom and republished the gallery but the order did not change. I refreshed the browser (Chrome) to make sure it was not displaying a previously cached version of the page. I also checked it in Firefox.

Is there something else I need to do to make the gallery change to File Name order?

#14 CE4 Gallery » Highslide Slideshow glitch » 2015-02-12 01:35:04

I am using the Highslide Slideshow for Large Image Presentation. I have created several galleries where it works just fine. On the last gallery I set up it will not close and return to the thumbnails. The only difference from the previous (working) galleries are some of the color selections. All functional settings are exactly the same. I am using Publisher and have exported - uploaded to ttg-be/templates/gallery on my server twice.

#15 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » login after publishing/customizing text » 2015-02-05 16:27:18

That would be ideal! Please also note second question - can I customize the message on the feedback submission and confirmation screens? If so can you point me to where that is done? Thx.

After publishing a gallery via Publisher it gives me a login screen but will not accept my master admin login info. What am I missing in the setup? I am able to add clients and login with those credentials okay.

Also, how do I customize the message on the submission and confirmation screens?

Thanks to you both but still stumped I'm afraid. I changed the folder name to 'phplugins' and got the full path from the browser per instructions and pasted that in. Screen shots and link to one of my gallery pages is below. Any additional suggestions would be much appreciated...

Hello again Ben. I tried re-downloading/installing as you suggested, then logging in as Admin again to complete the upgrade but I still get the same error message after clicking the Publish button. I will send you password via PM.

My gallery loses its formatting when uploaded thru Publisher or Exported/Uploaded directly. Results are consistent in Chrome, Firefox and Safari after multiple page reloads. I have a feeling I am overlooking something obvious here but suggestions appreciated.
