Hi, should the copyright notice in the footer of our website auto updated to 2020? I thought that was the case but it hasn't happened. Should I have done something ?

Hi Rod, so does the upload of the gallery also have to be done direct from a web browser to backlight as well or can the gallery be uploaded from lightroom then the rest from backlight ?

Hi
I was wondering if there is any documentation on how to set up a managed CRG gallery. We have been using unmanaged galleries through Lightroom publishing just fine, but now need to set up a managed gallery. I can't find any guidance how to set it up. Hopefully somebody can help.

The album set had been deleted in LR publisher and so in the backlight interface the album set turns to OFF. When I was trying to publish a new gallery I hadn't put them inside a an album 'set' all fixed now I think. Looking back at my older posts this has happened to me before ! I have loss of memory problems which doesn't help.

Fixed the potfolio error ! well spotted.
The correct publisher instance was used for the CRG gallery. They are set to Protected requires access code. Each album is not in an album set, should they be ?
I can't work out what's happened, very frustrating

Hi, My partner published some CRG albums but for some reason they have not gone to the Client Response Page they are showing up in the portfolio page. What has she done wrong ?

Hi Ben, all sorted thanks for your help, I changed it in the first place on the advice message in Wordpress to update to latest version 7.3 anyway I think my host has now set it to 7.1 and made sure SQLite is working

I updated my hosts PHP to version 7.3 ( not sure if that's the problem ) but now when I go to the site I get the following message
Unable to find the SQLite module. Backlight 2 requires the PDO, SQLite and XML modules. Make sure that these modules are installed and enabled.
What's happened ???

Hello, I was recently talking with somebody on GoDaddy where we have our domain, and they said our site is not secure and this not good for our business and also google is making changes that will post un-secure sites further down the search. How can I make our site secure ?

Hi, somehow we deleted some client response galleries from within LR under the publisher. So now when we create a new album, using the client response gallery template the locked gallery is not showing on the CRG web page. http://monikabaster.com/Client_Gallery/
However, from within LR publish service if i click go to published album the locked page is there http://monikabaster.com/galleries/esmee/
I know the folder is on the server.
We seem to be missing the cover photo and the album that is normally at the bottom of the client gallery landing page.
Any advise very much appreciated.

Within lightroom publisher, I have gone into 'Edit album' then 'Features' and set a watermark to apply and ticked 'Exclude from thumbnails'. I have done the exact same for each album, I've then republished the albums. For some odd reason some now show the watermark but others not. Any idea what I've done wrong ?

Hmm not worked I've added the 01- to the slug but the index order hasn't changed.
For instance I've added 01-Newborns and yet it's the second to last gallery, I added a slug number to all of them but they haven't reordered.

On this page http://www.monikabaster.com/potfolio/ I need to change the order of the albums. I now that within the gallery I can change the order of the albums inside these index images using the slug, but how do I change the order of the index ??

Perfect, she is using Lightroom publisher, I was looking in backlight ! sorted. I assume I can set publisher to push meta data only to sort that.
