Hi, should the copyright notice in the footer of our website auto updated to 2020? I thought that was the case but it hasn't happened. Should I have done something ?

Good catch. The templates are cached. I've kicked in a re-cache of your home page by visiting https://monikabaster.com/?reCache
and it's now showing 2020. Visiting Designer > Templates > Clear Template Cache will achieve the same thing across your entire site.
I'm not sure whether we can automate this on a change of year.
