Hello, I was recently talking with somebody on GoDaddy where we have our domain, and they said our site is not secure and this not good for our business and also google is making changes that will post un-secure sites further down the search. How can I make our site secure ?

Re: https

You need to get a SSL certificate from your host
Once it’s installed, change the Site URL in Settings to use https
Still in a Settings, scroll down to the Privacy section. You’ll see a setting that will redirect browsers to https.

If you have any internal links on your site that use http (like links to inline images, pdf files, etc.), you’ll need to up date those URLs, otherwise you’ll see notices that the site is not secure.
