No nothing strange, guest user: Nika password:  just some random numbers

Think i will cal it a night.... Been struggeling all evening with this. It is almost bedtime over here. Will look further tomorrow and maby Matt can take a look. Thanks for youre help

How can i see what version I use ?  tried exporting and uploading multiple times, it worked fine 2 days ago sad

I am using version 6.1.2 so will try to update, just have to search how smile

A few day's ago uploading a gallery was not a problem but now when I upload a gallery I am getting this:

When I upload the same galery without a user and password it seems to work just fine ?
What's wrong ?

Think I found it !  But strange because nothing was changend, refrest the identityplate and now it seems to work again

That seems to work thanks !  Just moved to another host and had some trouble to upload a new gallery. Now when I upload I get the message  lib/images/identityplate.png is missing.... how can I fix that ?  Searched trough a lot of post but just can't seem to find an awnser.

In the gallery when you click on the picture you see in the right bottum corner the nummers 100/2 (for instants)
Is it possible to hide these nummers ? I know it means  (100/2) second picture of 100 but a lot of my customers think that those are the picture numbers. Witch sometimes cause some misunderstandings

Sorry update from 2.0.3. to 2.0.5 did the trick !  Only cart is stil version 3.1.4 even after updating through filezilla.... is there something more I need to do ?

than only replace the tgg-be/cart/application direcotry ?

Error message Syntac error when clicking on the cart icoon in the ordering gallery.
In al my existing gallerys also the one's who are online for a longer time and worked before just fine ?

Looks like it is in the cart section because the gallery looks fine, the error happends when trying to put something in the cart.

Okay thank you, I wil download them first on to my computer and the delete them. So I wil be able to put the folder back if something doesn't work anymore.

Hello,

Cleaning up my website space smile  but find it hard to see what I can delete and what not.
i think there is stil some stuff on there from an old cart version.

is al the stuff from version 4 in the ttg-be folder ?  If so does this mean I can delete the two highlighted folders without a problem ?

Sorry but just can't find how to change the pagina nummer color... lots of clients just don't see it the way it is now and are missing photo's in their gallery (they are on the second page smile)

Hi,

I sell albums to my clients and want to let the clients select the pictures the want in the album in the gallery by putting them in the cart. Is the only option to make a package, so the can select the album (with price) and ad there 10 or 20 time a print with an amount of 0,00 or is there some other way ?  And what is the want to choose les than 20 but more than 10 ?

When adding products in mij  cart admin wil the changes be made in all the already made and online gallerys or only in the new gallerys ?

Thanks smile  Having some trouble to keep it simple so my clients will not be overwelmed smile

That's what I did Ben, three times smile
But no update, the first time I saw that there was no lib map in my ttg-be/cart on my server so I could not replace is but just copyed it so I thought maby that is the problem.

Update doesn't work maby I have to do other update first ?

Did this:
=== To update from earlier versions of Cart to Cart 3.1.2: ===

  * Replace the **ttg-be/cart/application** directory
  * Replace the **ttg-be/cart/lib** directory
  * Log in as admin to **ttg-be/cart/admin**

But there was no ttg-be/cart/lib directory to replace ?  So added it but don't get  het update screen when I log in on the admin and still the old version is showing when I log in.

Where can I see what version of the gallery Iam using ? Tryed to update but nog sure if I did it right smile

That would be a option, but hope by sending this galery with the problem it will be possible for you to see it. Don't know if it is with al the gallery's. Having a few clients with this problem, at first I tought that maby a client was doning something wrong. But now more clients complain about it. But also clients that just order through te gallery and don't mention any problems.

Hi,

Having a problem with the ordering system, several clients are having trouble ordering. When the order a package several pictures are getting added to the shopping cart, also pictures they did not select. Just did it myself and I selected a package of 10 pictures, added ten pictures went to the shopping cart an had more then 20 pictures in my cart.

Don't know what is going wrong, everything worked fine before sad
