Problem ordering, extra pictures are added to cart
Hi,
Having a problem with the ordering system, several clients are having trouble ordering. When the order a package several pictures are getting added to the shopping cart, also pictures they did not select. Just did it myself and I selected a package of 10 pictures, added ten pictures went to the shopping cart an had more then 20 pictures in my cart.
Don't know what is going wrong, everything worked fine before

be sure to post a link to a gallery. Also consider enabling guest access to ttg-be

another alternative it to create a gallery of non-sensitive images and post that gallery

That would be a option, but hope by sending this galery with the problem it will be possible for you to see it. Don't know if it is with al the gallery's. Having a few clients with this problem, at first I tought that maby a client was doning something wrong. But now more clients complain about it. But also clients that just order through te gallery and don't mention any problems.

Thanks for the link. What's the username and password?
Without having seen the gallery, I see that it was generated with Gallery 6.0.4. The latest version is 6.1.2, with several bug fixes and improvements made since 6.0.4: http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … _changelog
Try updating Gallery and re-exporting your gallery to see whether that fixes it. Also make sure you are running the latest version of the cart (version 3.5)

Where can I see what version of the gallery Iam using ? Tryed to update but nog sure if I did it right

In Lightroom, look at the top of the Site Info control pane.
You can view the version of Cart you're using by logging into ttg-be
Looking at the source code for the gallery link you PM'd to me, I see that you're using version 6.0.4
