Update cart 3.0.5 to 3.1.2
Update doesn't work maby I have to do other update first ?
Did this:
=== To update from earlier versions of Cart to Cart 3.1.2: ===
* Replace the **ttg-be/cart/application** directory
* Replace the **ttg-be/cart/lib** directory
* Log in as admin to **ttg-be/cart/admin**
But there was no ttg-be/cart/lib directory to replace ? So added it but don't get het update screen when I log in on the admin and still the old version is showing when I log in.

ttg/cart/lib has been a part of CE4 cart since the beginning (and updating it has been part of the version update process every time, see the Change Log)
Ben will likely need a link to your site and perhaps ttg-be admin and ftp access.
Since your leaping a few versions of Cart, there's a chance your version of ttg-be is also out of date. Current version is 2.0.3

2.0.3 is the latest TTG BE.
Is the problem that you can't find the cart/lib directory to update?
There's not a lot to say:
1. Download the latest CE4-Cart-312.zip file
2. Unzip it
3. You should have a cart directory
4. Upload the directories lib and application from within that cart directory to ttg-be/cart/ on your server, overwriting the existing directories ttg-be/cart/lib and ttg-be/cart/application.
5. Login to ttg-be/cart to complete the upgrade

That's what I did Ben, three times 
But no update, the first time I saw that there was no lib map in my ttg-be/cart on my server so I could not replace is but just copyed it so I thought maby that is the problem.

the problem is that it looks like you're not installing in CE4 Cart
CE4 Cart gets installed inside the ttg-be/ folder. This looks like a CE3 Cart installation.
you do have a ttg-be folder though. So look inside of that for the cart/ folder and upload the new lib/ and application/ folders to it.

If I understand the layout of your site correctly, ttg-be should be inside web, and cart (CE4 cart, not CE3 cart) inside ttg-be, so you'd have:
- web
- web/ttg-be
- web/ttg-be/cart
