hi,
i will check all that afrer the long weekend. Panskieoko.com is my another domain and i had purchased certificate for it also. All the 4 certificated ware installed by the guys from server provider. I will contact them to change it.

Hi, the web is: www.arborysta.info.  - all the modules are up to date. But I do not change in admin panel. Should I change only the domain name from http:// to https://  ?  Or there are more things to change.

Hi everyone,
maybe some of the noble users encountered a similar problem. when trying to upload a photo via LR he receives the message:

Cant update this collection.

Error performing function.
Unable to complet the action.

"serverCertificateHasUnknownRoot" ... NativeCode 12038


I suspect that this may have something to do with the fact that I recently updated the certificate on the website on which the gallery is attached.

how could i fix it?

HI,

Is there any way to synchronize the backlight publisher settings on few PCs? I have my main PC with LR and installed publisher in office. From that PC I am setting all albums on my website. But is there any way to install LR and publisher on another PC and synchronize the settings of that publisher so on the other PC I will be able to see all the albums and settings that I set from the first PC?

In other words what to do to see my publisher album tree on diferent  PC than the upload was done. I found that I can install publisher on another PC  and add new albums, but what to do to see the already published albums and managed them from that second PC?

I had add the css and it helped. The only think is that now the formating of the "legenda" content is slightly diferent from the previous. But it is not a problem at all.

What should I do next? should I keep the custom css active till next backlight relase ?

hi,
After today update to Backlight-Pages-123-Release2 I found that the content of Client Response Feedback Profiles and content of "Legenda" button disapear.

you can checkit after presing the "legenda" and "coment" buttons:

what could be wrong?


The only mistake I had made was that I had clear the template chase in backlight before update the lr plugin. Because it was the last position on the txt readme file, I simply miss it. Than I recognize my mistake and update the plugin, than clear the template again.

Could it be the problem reason? How to repare?

Thank you. That’s sounds good. I hva also normal pictures from the video sessions so can use them. Will try tomorrow morning.

Hi,

I had just upload few albums that contains videos published on YouTube, and would like to have some picture on the thumbnails in the album set.  Is there any way to display some frames from videos that are set in video album?

double check your main Backlight localizations. Make sure you've saved them.

I had double check all from above. localizations ware seved 4 weeks ago. all is fine expept those I mention above. I had clearing template cache and clearing browser cache.

Where to look for the problem
Any ideas?

It is translated but not apear on web.

Also I am notice that
some text icons on status barr  not apear in Polish languague,  even that it is  translated in localisation boxes:

Hi I am trying to display the folowing text in the "Metadata 04" in

Backlight >Designer> Templates> AS Album Client Responce > Design> Client Response Features > Metadata

there are

Metadata 01 Title  >  Here I would like to add insteed of exposute my custom title e.g "Legenda"   - and that is ok, After I save it the "Legenda" word apear in the pop up window In CRG.

Metadata 01 Tokens > In this place I would like to add custom text: e.g.:  "Tutaj możesz zamówić odbitki oraz pliki do pobrania. Kliknij na opcje która ci zainteresuje."

But I dont understudy what should I write in the box to display the above text.

Could somebody show me exacly what should I type in the "Metadata 01 Tokens" window to have  tye folowing text displayed in pop up window

I had check it and belive mw that there are not there!

Iam asking for the username and pasword  from LR. IF you want to >> edit album / enabled password  -

also can not find the sentence "This album is protected; please log in."   

any ideas ?

Hi,
Just after i send the message useing Client responce gallery I get the following info:

"This album is protected; please log in."

"Username"
"Pasword"

where can I find localizations of the above to translate it?


also in :

Backlight/ Client Response / Localizations / Feedback Details >> TEXT_SELECTED > Selected

than when I receive fedback in the form, next to the  word "Selected " there is word "yes"  - where to find place top translate the  "yes" ?

I just update tye backlight to 123 and cart to 115.

I can still not found the place to change "add photo package" localizarion.

In the update descryption there is written:


"Adds localization capability for the “Add Photo Package” button in pangolin-album."

where to look for it ?

I don’t see those instructions in any of the Cart upgrade directions.
But no, for Cart you don’t need to replace client-response.

You need to tell the album what pricing scheme to use. I looked at one of your albums and it's using the 'default' pricing scheme. But you don't have a default pricing scheme. Fill in the name of your pricing scheme by editing your albums and typing in the pricing scheme name in the "Cart Pricing Profile" field under the Integration tab.


I looked at your two products. Both have base pricing set to "single price"

The second message tell me to add base price attribute, but in the “Edit Product” page there is no place to add prices.

Prices are added in Pricing Schemes, not products.


Tha is right, I had edit/change the name of Pricing Schemes from defauls to another one. But never change it in LR cart priceing profile.

Its looks that this option is available under >> Backlight > Cart> Priceing > Discount Bands
