Adding product error message

Hello,

Yesterday the cart was working fine, but than I decide to remove all product and packages and live only the default digital download product just to start setting it properly.

Today when I am trying to set up products and it prices I found the following problems, ( bacycally nothink work smile)

1. Had edited  digital download, the product, pricing scheme, shipping all is set but on the webpage I get info “no availabel products “

What could be the reason?

2. Trying to add second product that is also digital download but with some options:

Product - digital download

Than I would give the customer possibility to choose if file will be color or black/withe, price for Both options will be the same,

Than I would give customer possibility of choose the size of file to be downloaded, here the price will be different for each option:
low res 10,
mid res 20,
hi res 30.

In the “Edit Product” page I set to multiple pricing, than in “Product Attributes” window I set the above.
- 1 box name picture style, option1- color, option2 bw,
- 2nd box -name size, option 1 hi, options lo etc.

When I press save the error message appear,

Something went wrong
Unexpected error: Undefined index: product_type in ProductEntity.php on line 63
Please report error at http://community.theturninggate.net

Please fix the following problems:
A base pricing attribute is required

The second message tell me to add base price attribute, but in the “Edit Product” page there is no place to add prices.

Where should I add the base price artibute! There is such window on this page,

In manual I read that the first attribute is the base price , but when I put the amount of 10 in the name, or option box the error message is till the same.

What to do, how to live? smile

You need to tell the album what pricing scheme to use. I looked at one of your albums and it's using the 'default' pricing scheme. But you don't have a default pricing scheme. Fill in the name of your pricing scheme by editing your albums and typing in the pricing scheme name in the "Cart Pricing Profile" field under the Integration tab.

I looked at your two products. Both have base pricing set to "single price"

The second message tell me to add base price attribute, but in the “Edit Product” page there is no place to add prices.

Prices are added in Pricing Schemes, not products.

I've tried to duplicate the error but have been unable to (you'll see a new product named "test" in your Products.)
Can you try reproducing the error and post the steps you take to get there?
