#1 Re: Backlight 2 Support » Single Page Image {Filename} not showing » 2020-03-26 01:07:41

Yes but it's only in the sidebar menu right? Old version had it right above the image single image and thumbnail. This is much easier for the viewer to understand.

Great. That worked.

Future requests: Select Box on single images And download icon

Single Page Image {Filename} not showing. I can't ge the image number to show up here despite using token.

Also, would love to have an option under "Presentation Type" > "Single-Image Pages" to let the client select images favorite. Slect box only show in "Slideshow"

Are there Lightroom web templates for Backlight 2 like there were for older versions of CRG? I can't find any to download to install in Lightoom.

I deleted my ttg-be

Now I can't see my old galleries.

I didn't realize I needed the ttg-be to view my galleries.

Example: http://www.jzphoto.us/clients/google_he … rappaport/

How do I reinstall this file/set up this file?

FYI I bought Backlight 2 but haven't set it up yet.

I rely on CE4 CRG for critical client feedback. I'm dead if the clients' "Feedback" emails don't come through. At some point could technology change and the "Feedback" emails stop coming in without notice?

How would we know if this happened? i.e. would the "Feedback" confirmation prompt stop working?

p.s. I'm happy to upgrade to whatever is needed if there is a need and it is minimal effort.

#7 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » CRG Gallery Not Working. TTG setup issue? » 2015-12-17 00:12:23

Worked like a charm.

Yes, I set it at 777. I now realize that it should be 755,

THANK YOU for the excellent service!!!!!!!

Ben I PM with my FTP info

FYI I did a CRG reinstall but no luck

I didin't do the 2nd step below as I didn't understand "Replace the **ttg-be/crg/application** directory"

  * Replace the **CE4-CRG.lrwebengine**, and restart Lightroom
  * Replace the **ttg-be/crg/application** directory
  * Log in as admin to **ttg-be/crg/admin**

Yes I did do this. The crg folder is inside the ttg-be folder

To be clear I think this is a TTG BE installation issue.

This is a new set up so there may be several factors going on.

To start
1) this gallery has a warning as splash page "something went wrong" doesn't have all functionality like selecting favorites: http://www.jzphoto.us/clients/google_he … ltonstall/
2) When in TTG under Dashboard I get a browser  error 500 when clicking CRG Admin. CRG is installed  inside TTG

#11 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » MAx images in CR gallery » 2015-10-31 07:57:48

I just installed CR 6.1.2 but the version in Lightroom under Ste Info says "Version 6.1.0"

Is this accurate?

#14 Re: CE4 Publisher » Error: MetadataHandler.lua:2155: C stack overflow » 2015-04-24 05:26:16

Looks like Feedback is broken for both redirected galleries (both Publisher and Non Publisher) uploaded galleies
Maybe URL redirects break galleries?

#17 Re: CE4 Publisher » Error: MetadataHandler.lua:2155: C stack overflow » 2015-04-24 04:38:05

Ok another possibly unrelated issue.

I've been mixing things up as I needed to create a subdomain and a redirect. (related to moving main website to Square Space).

Publisher galleries are not showing images:
http://jzphoto.com/net/clients/google_h … s/csackey/
Here is the redirected gallery url with same issue: http://net.jzphoto.com/clients/google_h … s/csackey/

I moved ttg-be folder into jzphoto>net
Not sure if this is correct
And in LR P Manager API URL  is: http://jzphoto.com/net/ttg-be/publisher/
Top Level gallery: clients
Album Set: google_headshots

I think something is wrong with these settings

Please let me know. Thanks

I'm getting this LR error when uploading multiple galleries in LR 5
Can Publisher/LR only handle one gallery upload at a time?

#19 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Changing Upload Folder » 2015-04-15 06:38:03

To clarify these will be new gallery uploads. I'm not looking to move old ones.

I want to change the folder my galleries are uploaded to using Publisher.

I forgot how this is done.

Can anyone remind me where/how this is done?

#21 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Download not working » 2015-03-24 03:00:37

Thanks Rod that worked! Changed the folder name back to photos.

#23 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Response only stored in browser » 2015-03-19 23:24:19

Ok. But when I clear my browser and log back into the gallery the comments are lost. Likewise if I log into the gallery from another computer the comments don't show up.

Even if comments are saved somewhere they don't seem to be retrievable without the browser cache.

Do I understand this correctly or am I doing something wrong?

Thanks again for the help.

#24 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Response only stored in browser » 2015-03-19 11:14:19

Ok I understand now.

How about if a client is working on comments for an album but doesn't send feedback right away. During this period the comments are only stored on their browser correct?

#25 Re: CE4 Client Response Gallery » Response only stored in browser » 2015-03-19 01:19:18

Ben I've hidden the nav bar just to keep it simple. Yes I did get your feedback email.

My hope is that when a client makes a comment on an image via the "pencil" icon it will be saved to my server and I can see it in BE. Do they need to send a Feedback form for me to do this?

Overall I'm confused about when comments from galleries launched with Publisher are saved to the serve or just the browser.
