Whenever I put any HTML in a Page Copy area I get this error:
Is this some kind of server thing? It's pretty vague.
Ideas?
Thanks!

Hard to tell without knowing what you're trying to do. Can you post what you are trying to enter for Main Copy?

Does Markup do the same thing?

Thanks for the responses. Now it won't save anything, so I need to call up the server. Joy.

OK, I'm back. My isp says that this is an internal error from the Backlight software. It also gives me the same error on Edge, Firefox, ie11, and Chrome, so it isn't a browser issue. I'm sorry there isn't more information, but it isn't giving me any kind of error code. Suggestions?
Thanks folks!

Send Ben an email containing Backlight Admin credentials. He may also need FTP access. You can email him using the email link below his name in his response above.

Seems like this is a similar issue. At least it's the same error message

I'm not seeing any error in attempting to save your templates or pages. Exact steps to replicate please.

Rod, I tried your solution and it fixed my problem! Thanks to both you and Ben for help on this issue!

Sometimes we need to see the issue first hand. We've now missed the opportunity to discover the underlying problem, and remedy it in code to prevent it happening again.
