Hi Community!
I want to make a website where I can publish pictures for "clients". The "" indicating that do not sell but simple show and make images available for download. I may use the client response (managed or unmanaged) or not, and I may or may not password protect an album.
All in all dowloads are essential, preferably in high quality.
However.... this does not work. When clicking on the Image Icon in the upper right corner, nothing happens, the screen merely darkens a bit, although I have all settings set to dowloadability.
See for instance: http://www.lookonline.nl/galleries/album/#&gid=1&pid=4

It looks like the photos-for-download renditions aren't there. Have you re-published your photos since enabling photos for download? If not, re-publish the photos in the album. Make sure that the Publisher settings 'Push metadata without updating existing photos' and 'Publish thumbnails without updating other renditions' are *not* checked before republishing.

I'm haveing the same issue; I've double checked the publisher settings and everything is unchecked, (as it should be) I've checked the published gallery via FTP the photos for downloading folder and all the files are there..

Many thank's Ben,
I remember now, that caught me out last time.

Much obliged
