i put in the api key but i dont get authentication
i installed backlight
i have another site running with ttg cr4 that works fine for years
wath can i do wrong?
api is http://ronnymaes.com/backlight/publisher/
i did the initial set up

Hi, can you try and set the API Key again?
To do so, login to Backlight, then visit the menu item Backlight > Publisher > Settings
Then click Edit Settings, set the API Key and save the settings.

I did that about 100 times.
Even deleted everithing and start all over aan.
No change.
Authentication with CE4 ons another site but on same lightroom cat. Workshop fine.

Strange. Can you email me the API Key? I'll try authenticating from my end and see if the log details help.

Might be silly questions, but did you install the new version of the Publisher plug-in in Lightroom?
Are the API keys in Publisher and Backlight the same?

We got it working Rod. I think it was confusion between the API Key and API URL.
