Try it again.
I noticed that your album wasn't working as expected: I couldn't select images or add feedback. Clicking on those icons simply did nothing.
And clicking on a thumbnail brought up the image in a Single HTML presentation.
There have been a few similar instances pop up in the last day and it has something to do with a script file not being updated (or words to that effect see this post: http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … 473#p38473)
Anyway, I added ?reloadModel to the end of the album URL and now the album is working as expected. So hopefully the rest is working too.

Hey Rod,
This is happening to me as well, tried to add ?reloadModel&skipCache to the CRG Gallery URL, but still cannot assign a Client to that CRG Album. Same error as Gary.

Ben will probably need to take a look then.
When you created the album, under the Integration tab did you select CRG admin for client management?
When updating, did you install the latest Publisher Lightroom plug-in?

The problem I am having (I don't think anything installed correctly) is that I see no icons at all, except for those that were there before, zoom, enlarge, etc.
As I think more about this, just how do you enable CRG except by enabling the add-on?? This problem probably exists because the album is NOT CRG enabled.
I checked and rechecked the installation.

Hi Gary,
In that album you linked to, I'm seeing all the Client Response interface icons that I would expect to see both on the thumbnails and the large image.

Hey Rod,
Fixed it for me now, by republishing the Gallery and re-selecting the Integrations. Thanks once more..

The album at that link is now under Client Response management. That means you need to create a client and assign the album it to a client. You should be able to view it while logged in as Backlight admin. You won't be able to submit feedback while logged in as Backlight admin though. Log out, go to the gallery, and enter the client credentials.
If you don't want it under CRG management, edit the album and change that under the Integration tab.
I don't understand 'reselecting integrations'.
What Jon means is that in Publisher, he edited the album, went to the Integration tab, and reselected the type of integration or perhaps reassigned the feedback profile.

Looks like under chrome. Problem must be with Firefox. It is now 'unmanaged' so you should be able to see it.

It works in Chrome but not in Firefox.
Here is Chrome:
and here is Firefox:
I logged out of each one before using it.
I cleared recent history in Firefox.

what version of Firefox are you using? I'm on 47.0 and all looks good on your site to me.
In Firefox are you getting the status bar at the top of the page?

when you look at the page using Firefox's built-in inspector, are you getting any error messages about css files not loading?
(Right click on page and choose "Inspect Element")

If something wasn't being loaded, you'd likely see a red warning bar at the top.
do you know what version of Firefox you're using?
have you tried looking using Firefox on another computer?

Hi Gary, something else to try is to remove the PHPSESSID cookie for that domain in the browser.
Offline
Well, it looks like it is working correctly now. I am using Firefox 46.0.1.
I found that using my Notepad with Firefox was working correctly.
I rebooted the computer. (I think I stay up for too many hours without rebooting in the sleep mode)
Thank you all for helping me through this.
BTW, how do I remove the PHPSESSID cookie?
Thank you.
