i am with "versio" and as far as i can see all is supported. i already had ce4 working on it before. This morning i was able to see a little bit of the backlight inlog but it did not work very well. at the moment it is gone. I have these question to be shure i do everything ok:
1. I have the "public_html" folder. Do i have to install the .htaccess and index.php also there?
2. what is de .DS_Store ? do i have to delete it?
3. do i have to make a index.html ?
Thanks for now.

public_html is where all your web site files go. So yes, index.php and .htaccess should go inside public_html. public_html is the root of your site, though you never include it as part of the url.
2. what is de .DS_Store ? do i have to delete it?
Probably from your host. I don't think it's a Backlight file
3. do i have to make a index.html ?
no

.DS_Store are Mac files that are added to directories to store information about the directories. We develop on Macs so it's possible that these have made it to the zip files, however I can't see any such files. Are you using a Mac?

If you're on a Mac, it's also possible the .DS_Store files are from your own system, created by the operating system when you unzipped Backlight. If you delete them, the operating system will make them again the next time you visit the folder. You can ignore them.
