Feedback Emails different than Feedback on CRG Admin Panel

I have noticed that in one case (because the client told me about it) the feedback that appears on Client Admin Panel is different that the sent email.
I don't know what happens and I would like to know it to prevent problems with future clients.
Here you have got the differents selections.

Any chance that the client added feedback after initially submitting?

I don't recall anyone else reporting an issue like this so I doubt it's a systemic problem.

Have you been able to repeat the problem by running some tests of your own?

Well, trying to "recreate" the problem I have discover 1 of the problems:

a)you made a comment on a photo (if does not matter if was selected or not)
b)saved
c)Delete the comments
d)saved

Then on the email to the client that photo does not appear but on the Admin Panel appears.

I can't recreate the "disappeared" comments like occurs with my client but at least now I know why others appears.

Now again, the problem appears with other different client.
The email has not been sent to me (I Don't know the client, I have to ask it) but appears on Admin Control Panel and a lot of not selected images without comments appears on the selection.
What's happening?

how are you deploying CRG? Are you using Publisher and the back end CRG Client management?

Or are these stand-alone CRG galleries where the client fills out all their information when submitting the selection?

I have no news about this problem from 17/04/2016 and I am having these problems yet.
It's a nightmare to try to work with these problems. I am uploading the galleries on Dropbox because of this.
It's the last time I bought an application that have not got a REAL SUPPORT center.

Hello. As Rod said, we have been very busy with Backlight. We are but two people, handling a huge amount of development and support.

I have followed your steps and can not replicate this issue.

Can you provide me with a client login to a CRG gallery and a TTG BE admin login, then provide me with exact steps to replicate this issue.

I am very busy too but at least I answer my emails clients saying I am working on it or an estimate date to do it.
I have sent you the data by mail on 17/04/2016 and 1 hour AGAIN on the email that you have answered me saying there is an "answer" on this page. I have to lost my time because you have not read the emails I have sent you and you are not the only one been very busy.

Sorry for the "mood" of the post but it's very important for me and it's seem that you prefer to attend new clients to make more money than take care the old clients that have paid.
I assume that the problem is mine to pay for a program that have not got a real support center.

My sincere apologies for not replying earlier. It was terrible service on my part.
As a professional developer I too have moods. A gentle nudge would have been as effective as a tirade, thank you.

As I said, I had tried to replicate the problem but failed to do so. I had read all of your comments and followed your steps. I can not fix a problem that I can not emulate.

Now, today is another day and I will again try to replicate the problem. In the mean time, you'll notice that I too asked you for some information that will assist in determining the problem. Please try to keep a cool head and instead respond to that earlier request so that we can both work towards solving the issue rather than trying to make each other feel bad.

After thorough testing, I've found one scenario where this may happen. Before explaining further, can you tell me what setting you are using for the CRG setting 'Post Submission Actions'?
