Also, is there a way to clear the orders list in the TTG BE admin? Or a way to delete one at the time ?

if you're using smtp for email, try the plain email option.

You can cancel orders. Just view orders, click update on any order. Under fulfillment, choose cancel.
Or you can go into the database and cancel. If you're not careful this can cause problems.
