Hi...
Just sent a gallery to a client. They are unable to select or comment on images.
I thought this was weird, so I tried it. Sure enough, can't do it. No problems doing it within LR.
So I thought I'd open my Admin page. It won't open. No way to reset a password either.
Where do I go from here?
Thanks!

if this is a CRG managed album be sure you check the Enable Feedback box in the Integration tab of the Create/Edit Album dialog.

also, if problems persist, be sure to post a link. If the images are sensitive, try recreating the problem with an album of generic images so you can post that link

Rod,
Thank you very much. One of my pages uses a redirect, and there is the problem.
The one that doesn't work:
http://proofs.jasonedwardphoto.com/VQ-H … #crg-modal
The one that does which is not redirect for CNAME puroposes:
http://jasonmuelver.com/proofs/VQ-Headshots/
Any clue as to why that would be the case?
Thanks!

probably because the gallery is looking in proofs.jasonedwardphoto.com/ttg-be/crg/ for the necessary files and it doesn't appear that you have ttg-be installed in the sub-domain

Don't use a redirect. If you want the system to operate from the 'proofs' subdomain, then setup the system there, rather than trying to fake it with redirects.
