A client made a selection of photos from an album that I made but wants to reuse the album to select more photos. A message pops up saying the album is closed please contact the photographer. I tried republishing the album with the same name and also re assigning it to the clients details but with no joy.
How do I renew an album so a client can select more photos?

Since this is all stored in the database, this needs to be done in Backlight
Go into Backlight > Client Response > Feedback
Choose the Feedback for this client
(If it's not initially showing on the page, enter the client name or change other parameters and click "Filter")
Once the feedback page is up, click on Update Feedback
Change the status to "Open".
