Backlight Cart

I have set up Backlight Cart but I am getting the following message and do not know how to fix it.

"No products are available for purchase"
"Please try again later, or contact the photographer if this problem persists."

The products is set to Download in Lightroom and in pricing

I do get the Cart sign on each picture but thats all.

Martin

Re: Backlight Cart

Hi Martin, check that you have set prices for all entries in the pricing scheme.

Re: Backlight Cart

Hi Martin, can you provide a link to an album where I can see this, and preferably also a login to Backlight so that I can look into it further?  (for the latter, please send by email using the Email link under my name).

Re: Backlight Cart

one thing to check is if the case matches. You've set the pricing scheme for the album to "Download". Is the pricing scheme in the cart also capitalized?

Re: Backlight Cart

Thanks for the login.  It looks to me that your server doesn't have the purchasable files.  I can't tell for sure, as these are hidden from the browser.
Can you confirm via FTP whether a file exists at

http://www.martinbuttressphotography.com/galleries/london/photos-for-purchase/_DSC5842.jpg

?

If not, then I suggest marking all of the photos to re-publish and publishing them again.  Make sure that the two Publisher options 'Push metadata without updating existing photos' and 'Publish thumbnails without updating other renditions' are *not* enabled prior to re-publishing.

I hope that helps.

Are these settings in Lightroom or Backlight?

Re: Backlight Cart

Lightroom, in Publish Services. Double-click the TTG Publisher.
