Doesn't work for me either.
I'm actually looking at a theme preview and I can't find any of the Top Pallet text in the source, which is where I'm trying to use the font.
I added some Google fonts via the "Google Fonts Statement" in a Pangolin theme and they work fine except when I use the theme to create a Wordpress template. When I use the WP template the text using the Google font doesn't show up.
Do I need to do something extra in Wordpress to make this work?
Leave the Okapi modules in place. It's possible to have a mix of Okapi and Pangolin pages on a site - that's what I'm doing as I migrate, I create Pangolin templates and then assign them to existing pages. This way I can switch back to Okapi if I don't like what I see.
Thanks. For some reason it started working when I switched back to Top Pallet for my menu.
I may do that as well as soon as I can figure out how to have my background image be used there too.
Thanks.
Thanks Rod, that did the trick. No wI need to see if I can figure out how to duplicate the menu item spacing. I'm trinng to create a Pangolin page template that will duplicate the look of my Okapi one and am getting close. ;-)
Is there a hook that will duplicate the Okapi behavior of placing items below the copyright?
Thanks.
I can't seem to find where to set the font size for the menu items in the Pangolin template.
That did the trick, thanks. I had updated the Okapi modules from the final Okapi ones that were on dropbox after I did the 1.2 update so that might have caused the issue.
OK. I was trying to use the template for a page not an album, though.
I'm sure I missed a step somewhere, but I have upgraded everything to 1.2 and created a Pangolin template but when I go to design in one of my pages the template doesn't show in the drop down nor does it show in the page template drop down if I create a new page.
Can we have both Okapai Page and Pangolin Page templates active on the same site at the same time?
I'm running Sierra 10.12.6 Beta and the latest LR and have no issues so I also doubt it's the OS version. Reverting back is a lot of work, especially if that doesn't fix the problem. Just my $.02.
Assuming that you do backup your catalog (I have LR set up to back mine up weekly) the default location is in the Pictures\Lightroom\Backups folder (on a Mac, I assume a similar location on Windows). In LR just do file/open catalog and navigate to a catalog that was backed up before you started having the issue and see if that resolves it. If so then somehow your catalog has been corrupted.
If that is the case you can use the backup catalog but realize that you'd have to synchronize any folders that you have imported to or changed files in since the backup.
Have you tried using a backup version of the catalog to see if it's a catalog problem?
It can be a pain, but you might try resetting LR's preferences. I've had to do that a few times it the past when LR started acting weird.
do you have campagna.css specified in your template under 'advanced customization' 'custom stylesheet'?
Thanks Mark. I don't know if it helps SEO or not, but that was also part of my intent.
My Photos Caption field in backlight is "{Title}, {CameraModel} {Lens} {Exposure} {Keywords}"
Set the title and caption in Lightroom and then you can set the Photo caption and title in your album template in Backlight under Image Settings / Image Metadata. The caption is what will show on the large image presentation, which is what I use.
In your Backlight menu set can you not just specifiy the URL for your services php file?
Ah, I didn't read your post clearly. It might be simpler just to move the content from the CE4 pages to Backlight ones, that's what I did. Initially it's more work but simplifies maintenance down the road. Unless you are wanting to keep both CE4 and Backlight sites.
