I have received eb warning in Google Webmaster tools, that the following link will take too long to open. When I click on the link, Why does it take so long to open the page
But I go into the album, I get no search box.
but perhaps it should be so?
no, not unless you place it in the sidebar of the template. But that seems to be overkill when you can just place a search link in your menu and then have it available everywhere.
And the search won't be limited to just that album, if that's what you were wanting. It will still search the whole site.
Then I understand, thank you very much for your help.
Can you remove cart-default and CRG-defult in the folder Cart \ Templates \ Gallery?
I get double the search window when I search for something.
it doesn't look like the sidebar has been activated on the Galleries page. Be sure that the Galleries page is set to two-column
http://ce4.theturninggate.net/docs/doku … e4_sidebar
Thank you.
Now I get the search box when I go into the gallery.
http://www.sportmackan.se/galleries.php
But I go into the album, I get no search box.
http://www.sportmackan.se/galleries/test-test/
but perhaps it should be so?
Search seems to be working: http://www.sportmackan.se/search/
Rod wrote about this on his blog how to add a search box to a gallery or another page: http://ttg-tips-and-tricks.barbeephoto. … -ttg-page/
I have written the below code in the box Sidebar copy (MD) into Pages - the gallery pages
<div id="search" class="collapse clearfix">
<h2>Bild Sökning</h2>
<form action="/search" method="GET">
<input type="text" id="q" name="q" value=""/>
<button type="submit">Sök</button>
</form>
</div> <!-- search -->
choose the template you want to use for Search results in the Publisher settings, not Cart.
HI! I checked Publischer settings, and I have chosen the right gallery, but I will not give up the search box in the gallery.
Hello,
I am helping a friend put up his TTG page. But I do not get search to work. When I go into the TTG / cart and choose Edit TTG BE Settings, then I can not choose Template.
I have uploaded a gallery template .. What can I miss?
It works, because now, so I let it be as it is.
Thank you very much for your help ..
How come it works for sportfoton.se but not for ishockeybilder.se.
I don't know.
All I can tell from what you've told me is that you're not actually using phplugins because you're not using the correct path.Have you tried correcting the path? The easiest way would be to simply change the name of the phplugins-sample folder to phplugins.
Even then You could still have problems, but it would be an obvious first step in troubleshooting and would eliminate one possibility.
Could be that it's a server issue
How come it works for sportfoton.se but not for ishockeybilder.se.
sportfoton.se has the following path on the site www.sportfoton.se/phplugins-sample
and in the Lightroom Gallery Templates is the path
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins.
sportfoton wrote:sportsfoton.se site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is Entered in the path to phplugins in sportfoton.se gallery template.
.ishockeybilder.se site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/Customers/9/4/f/ ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is Entered in the path to phplugins in ishockeybilder.se gallery template. /customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phpluginsWell then that could be the problem. You're using the wrong paths to phplugins
if this is the server path to phplugins on the sportfoton site:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
then that's what needs to be entered in the gallery template's path to phplugins field, not:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phpluginsif this is the server path to phplugins on the ishockeybilder site:
/Customers/9/4/f/ ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
then that's what needs to be entered in the gallery template, not
/customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phpluginsEither that or change the name of the folders from phplugins-sample to just phplugins, like the documentation directed.
Phu ... It works to reinstall. Thank you so much !! Can you take a backup of Lightroom and Publisher if it would happen one more time?
Try reinstalling from the Plugin manager
If that won't work, try deleting the Lightroom preferences file (google how to do this)
Today when I started Lightroom, I see that there are problems with publishing service. It remains to be Publischer missing plug-ins. I have not changed anything! How do I make it work? I start to panic !!! I have no desire to create it all over again !!!
sportsfoton.se site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is Entered in the path to phplugins in sportfoton.se gallery template.
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins.
ishockeybilder.se site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/Customers/9/4/f/ ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is Entered in the path to phplugins in ishockeybilder.se gallery template. /customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins
You don't need phplugins unless you have a specific reason to be using them (like for drop-down menus, custom css, etc.). I always recommend enabling phplugins just in case you ever need to implement custom css or something. Doing at the start just saves you having to re-export and upload templates and such later. But if you don't plan on using the feature, there's no requirement to enable it.
What about the other questions? are those the paths to phplugins you're using for each site?
It works if I do not choose PHP in Gallery Templates. Do I need PHP?
So just to be clear:
your sportfoton site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is entered in the path to phplugins in your gallery template.your ishockeybilder site is using phplugins located at this server path:
/customers/9/4/1/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sample
and this is what is entered in the path to phplugins in your ishockeybilder gallery template.can you confirm this?
Have you tried just exporting and uploading a regular gallery to see if that works?
Have you tried disabling phplugins in your template to see if the albums then work?what are you using phplugins to accomplish (I'm wondering if a function within your phplugins file is calling something that's causing this error)
I have no map called PHPlugins but it's PHPlugins-sample.
OK
in the Lightroom Gallery Templates under "Server Path to PHPlugins without traling slash" I have the following path /customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins
this contradicts itself. If you have phplugins in a folder name phplugins-sample/, then why are you using a path that goes to a folder name phplugins/ ??
I do not know why the path is PHPlugins, as you say, so it should be PHPlugins-sample. I did not create the path itself but it has Lightroom done, do not know if there is anything that is left then CE 3 days, but who said what, it works on www.sportfoton.se
sportfoton may be working just fine. It's just not using phplugins from the path you just posted:
http://www.sportfoton.se/phplugins/path.php gives a 404 Page Not Found error.I have renamed PHPlugins-sample to PHPlugins for ishockeybilder.se
path http://www.ishockeybilder.se/phplugins/path.php works, but I still get the error mess when I should surf to http://www.ishockeybilder.se/galleries/handboll/The strange thing is that I have exaxt same path in the Gallery templates for sportfoton.se as for ishockeybilder.se.
so you're using the same phplugins.php file for both?
No I do not use the same pH plugins.php for both sites when I export Pages for ishockeybilder.se create the PHPlugins folder and it's the one I use.
I use the same gallery templates, but I've changed from sportfoton.se to ishockeybilder.se
The strange thing is that I have exaxt same path in the Gallery templates for sportfoton.se as for ishockeybilder.se. Site sportfoton.se I have no map called PHPlugins but it's PHPlugins-sample. in the Lightroom Gallery Templates under "Server Path to PHPlugins without traling slash" I have the following path /customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins www.sportfoton.se works without problems, but ishockeybilder.se with the same settings do not do it.
I have renamed phplugins-sample to phplugins,
but I get the same error
http://www.ishockeybilder.se/galleries/testar/
The problem may be that the the pages are most likely looking for a folder named phplugins, not phplugins-sample (as indicated by that error message)
If you use custom css you'll see that the path to the custom css is assumed to be /phplugins/css/custom.css not /phplugins-sample/css/custom.css
The documents state that you should rename phplugins-sample to phplugins. This is mainly so that you won't overwrite your phplugins file next time you export Pages.
My suggestion is to first rename that folder and change your path to phplugins.
Here's gallery templates path that I use ishockeybilder.se
/customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins
Here's gallery templates path that I use sportfoton.se
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins
sportfoton wrote:Here is the path in my gallery template for ishockeybilder.se

and here it is for sportfoton.se
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phpluginsWait. Those are not the paths that you stated above and that your site shows.
for the sportfoton site, this is the path to phplugins:
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sampleand for the ishockeybilder site, this is the path to phplugins:
/customers/9/4/1/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins-sampleYour site (and your earlier posts) shows one thing but above you're stating another. So what path are you using in the gallery template on the ishockeybilder site??
Here is the path in my gallery template for ishockeybilder.se
/customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins
and here it is for sportfoton.se
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins
ok. But still, your phplugins file seems to not be where it's expected to be, according to the error.
All I can suggest then is to double check path in your gallery template.
I have the same settings on www.sportfoton.se and where it works! It does not seem like it's the problem!
I don't know.
What I did notice is the error message has this in it:File(/customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins/phplugins.php) is not within the allowed path(s):
and you write that your phplugins file is actually here:
http://www.sportfoton.se/phplugins-sample/
see the difference? the error code shows the page looking for your phplugins.php file in a phplugins/ folder, not a phplugins-sample/ folder.
Correct me if I am wrong, but writing is not the path to PHPPlugin in Lightroom PHPlugins section and under "Server Path to PHPlugins without traling slash"? I have the same setup there on my existing site www.sportfoton.se that I have on my temporary site www.ishockeybilder.se. Why does this problem? it is enough to change the path in the "Server Path to PHPlugins without traling slash"? so here it looks on both of my sites.
/customers/9/9/f/sportfoton.se/httpd.www/phplugins
/customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins
Strange that it works on my existing site but not on my temporary site!
The problem may be that the the pages are most likely looking for a folder named phplugins, not phplugins-sample (as indicated by that error message)
If you use custom css you'll see that the path to the custom css is assumed to be /phplugins/css/custom.css not /phplugins-sample/css/custom.css

Hi, I have not the path http://www.sportfoton.se/phplugins/path.php on my existing site but it is http://www.sportfoton.se/phplugins-sample/path.php Then it should well be same with Ishockeybilder.se? http://www.ishockeybilder.se/phplugins-sample/path.php
where is your phplugins/ folder? When I try to find the page I get a Page Not Found error
http://www.ishockeybilder.se/phplugins/path.php
No one who can help me with this problem?
I have the same path on my existing site , and where it works .
Here is the path that is under the "Server Path to PHPPlugins without trailing slash " /customers/9/9/f/ishockeybilder.se/httpd.www/phplugins
It looks like you have a typo in this path httpd.www/phplugins/phplugins.php
I have temporarily put my website on my second site. It works fine but I get an error mess when I click on my gallery . Seems like it has something to do with phplugins . Anyone know what that is?

I have tried to Removing Publisher from the Plug-ins Manager then Adding it again
I have tried to Removing Publisher, closing and re-opening Lightroom, then adding Publisher again
I will try the other you wrote . Thanks for the help
Have you tried:
Removing Publisher from the Plug-ins Manager then Adding it again
Removing Publisher, closing and re-opening Lightroom, then adding Publisher again
re-extracting Publisher from the zip folder and re-installing
install TTG-CE4-Publisher.lrplugin manually by copying it directly to the ...Adobe/Lightroom/Modules/ folder (exact location depends on your OS)
trashing Lightroom's preferences file (which seems to cure all sorts of weirdness)
