Today when I started Lightroom, I see that there are problems with publishing service. It remains to be Publischer missing plug-ins. I have not changed anything! How do I make it work? I start to panic !!! I have no desire to create it all over again !!!

Try reinstalling from the Plugin manager
If that won't work, try deleting the Lightroom preferences file (google how to do this)

Phu ... It works to reinstall. Thank you so much !! Can you take a backup of Lightroom and Publisher if it would happen one more time?

Sure. Just back up your catalogs as usual. A catalog backup won't back up plugins and your other Lightroom files, like presets and templates.
Back those up like you would any file
