Hi Ben, Just wondering if you'd had a chance to look into why I'm not receiving CRG emails?
Any issues with the login details I emailed over?
Thanks Rod.
Ben, I tried adding the sendmail_path line to php.ini and tested and changed other settings. I can't get any emails. Not even the ones that should come to me and to me as the client.
Could you have a look to see if you can work out what's wrong, please?
> Have you tried a forum search? I have. Didn't find the answer.

I don't see any sendmail_path line in the php.ini file to edit.
Any ideas?
Hi,
For some reason emails aren't arriving any longer.
My website is https:// now. Would that cause the issue?
The email setting is mail, not SMTP. I created a test gallery and sent my myself an email. It didn't arrive.
I sent myself an email through my regular email client to test if the email addresses concerned are working. They are.
Any ideas?
Thanks.
Thanks Matthew. Optimising the catalog fixed it.
When creating a gallery, or editing a gallery (either by double clicking or selecting Editing Album) it takes a minute or two for the edit album window to pop up. It used to take seconds. Any idea what to do?
Thanks Rod,
I think it's sorted. I looked at the phpinfo page and saw there was a reference to upload_tmp_dir. I checked and the folder was missing. I must have deleted it. I created it and Lightroom seems to be working now.
Another error, this time when I try to publish/update an existing album/selection gallery:
Can't update this collection.
Unable to perform action: uploadRendition
Message: Missing a temporary folder.
Any ideas?
Fixed. I had to add some lines to the php.ini file to enable the modules.
I've opened a support ticket on the hosting's helpdesk.
Hi Rod,
Can't even login. I just get the message about the missing PDO module.
Thanks.
I can't even login to the TTG BE.
Unable to find the PDO module. TTG BE requires both the PDO and SQLite modules. Make sure that both of these modules are enabled.
Hi,
Does anyone know why I'm suddenly getting this error in Lightroom when I try to edit an album or create a new album?
An internal error has occurred.
JSON.lua:458: JSON.lua:197: can't parse JSON at char 1 of: Unable to find the <strong>PDO</strong> module. TTG BE requires both the PDO and SQLite modules. Make sure that both of these modules are enabled.
Thanks!
I'm drawing a blank on this. I can't remember how to open and close a selection gallery for feedback in the TTG BE (CE4) backend. How do I do that again? A client's already made a selection and sent feedback, but I need to open the gallery again so they can add more images and send feedback again.
Thanks.
Email sent, Ben.
I told a client they could view just the images they have provisionally selected by clicking on the number in the top menu. This will "Hide Unselected".
Then, when clicking on the Show All Images icon, filenames and cell numbers now don't show up! Some show up, but others don't. It seems random.
Please help!
Yes, I was trying to update a lot of galleries. Will slow down.
Hi Ben,
Any idea why I'm getting a Lightroom internal error, "metadatahandler.lua:2155: C stack overflow", when re-publishing galleries?
Thanks.
Sweet! It works. Thanks Ben.
Thanks Ben, that's great.
I tried putting the LUA code in the Metadata Token box in Lightroom, and uploaded the template. It still shows the filename. Do I need to change something in the Client Response Setup>Image Info section, too? Thanks.
Request: Please add 'Filename number suffix' Metadata Token in Publisher
Ah, no change then.
A request for a 'Filename number suffix' Metadata Token to be added in Publisher.
In Lightroom, if I choose 'Filename number suffix' under Client Response Setup>Image Info>Metadata 2, only the image number in the filename shows up in the cell.
For example, if the filename is Myimage_002, then just 002 will show in the cell.
But the Metadata Token only allows the whole filename to appear in the cell.
We've covered this before. I wanted to see if this has changed in Backlight and to see it's worth upgrading.
