Hi,
Does anyone know why I'm suddenly getting this error in Lightroom when I try to edit an album or create a new album?
An internal error has occurred.
JSON.lua:458: JSON.lua:197: can't parse JSON at char 1 of: Unable to find the <strong>PDO</strong> module. TTG BE requires both the PDO and SQLite modules. Make sure that both of these modules are enabled.

The error implies that you host does not have the necessary PDO and SQLite modules enabled. Both of those need to be enabled.
Have you tecently changed hosts? Or has your host made any changes?
You can check this by logging on to TTG-BE and in the admin dashboard, click on the View PHP info link

Thanks.
I can't even login to the TTG BE.

Sounds like it could be a hosting issue, have you contacted your hosting company?
When you say you can't login in to TTG-BE, what do you mean? Does the login screen appear? Do you not remember your credentials?

Hi Rod,
Can't even login. I just get the message about the missing PDO module.

I've opened a support ticket on the hosting's helpdesk.

Fixed. I had to add some lines to the php.ini file to enable the modules.
