Greetings:
I am often getting this error message after publishing a new album. Is it important? All seems to be OK on my site.

Yes! I must have set the breakpoint to the max when I first created the full screen template that I'm using for the home page. I halved it and now I have what I wanted!
Thanks, Rod!
Ok. I've just noticed that when I've logged into Backlight and changed window sizes, the smaller window displays the menu options on the left side accessed by the three lines next to the header (?). But when I resize the window larger, the navigation menu options are below the Header named Backlight (with the new logo design).
Could it be that I have to set size settings somewhere so that my navigation menu bar is below my name instead of accessed through the 3 bar clicking thingy?
Both Navigation Header and Trays are set to On Desktop.
I was hoping to put the navigation across the top again instead of in a tray on the side. Guess I wasn't too clear about that, spinning head and all.
I had created a full screen template by clicking New for the home page. There must be some setting that I've not gotten right.
New home page:
Older template with Galleries, etc on top:
http://coyotepixel.net/galleries/
Thanks!~
Greetings.
My head is swimming after finally getting a slide show on my home page. But the navigation bar doesn't show the usual Galleries Search options.
I need a quick fix to bring that all back. As I said... my head is swimming and I can't seem to figure what I've changed from the old template.
Thanks!
jim
I want to express my appreciation for all the help that this forum and folk have given in the setup and installation of Backlight.
I have found everyone to be extremely helpful and willing to share their experience and knowledge.
The tone of the responses has always been polite.
The suggestions have always resolved my issues.
Anyway, just feeling thankful.

Thank you, Sun Fox!
The Thumbs seem to be good now. Don't know why the change.
Mark. The images are from the Paria Plateau area of N. Arizona.
I've noticed that no matter how many times I click Save in LR Publisher Manager, the TTG Publisher in the Publisher Services list to the left indicates TTG Publisher is Not Saved.
Thanks, Daniel. I see the "Publish Thumbnails w/o updating...etc" in Publisher.
Can't seem to find 'Publish Metadata Only' option. Is that the "Push Metadata w/o updating existing photos" option?
On Mac, maybe Control Click?
I don't see that option when Control Clicking on Album. It says Mark to Republish, etc.
I seem to be getting some blurry thumbnails.
http://coyotepixel.net/galleries/black- … te-pocket/
When I open the blurry thumbnail, it appears blurry for an instant then seems to load in-focus.
Any thoughts? I refresh the thumbnail page but to no avail.
I have updated LR TTG Publisher plug-in to Backlight 105, version 3.0.5. Plug-in Manager says that the plug-in is enabled. I've updated my Backlight site to 105.
When I go to Edit Settings for Publisher to check settings, especially the "Push Metadata..." option as per my last inquiry about Thumbnail size change via Album Template (Rod's Response) , Lightroom Publishing Manager window in left column indicates that TTG Publisher is "(not saved)". I haven't changed anything in the Publisher settings at this point.
If I select Save, I get a message saying " You have changed the setting for this publish connection. Do you want to mark all 1887 photo in this connection to be re-published, or leave them as they are now."
Two options: Leave As-Is or Republish All.
I have now noticed that all my albums photos are marked "Modified Photos to Re-Publish"
What to do? Republish All?
Yes, thanks! All is good... until the next quandary.
I've gone over the steps again in Lightroom for changing Album Templates for an Album. I wanted to use a different Album Template with larger Thumbails.
When I open control>Album>Edit Album in LR and make changes to Cover Image, Items per page, Photo Order and click edit, the changes are immediate. But when I choose another Template and click edit, nothing happens on my site. I have now noticed that I must choose "Mark to Republish" then click Publish. I had chosen the Publish Now option in the control>Album menu w/o "Mark to Republish.
Thanks, Rod. I'll try again.
I have been trying to update Thumbnails on an older album set and on albums that I created long before the latest few updates to Backlight. I want to increase the size of the thumbnails in both album set and albums.
I long ago created the album set with albums containing small thumbnails from the albums:
http://coyotepixel.net/galleries/utah-photos/
Since then, I've updated Backlight to the latest version and created Album sets and albums with larger thumbnails: eg:
http://coyotepixel.net/galleries/montana/
I've tried to enlarge the older album set and album thumbnails to no avail through LR TTG Publisher. I've copied the exact settings in LR Publisher from the newer album set and album settings to the older Album Set and Album. I've clicked Publish Now in LR.
It seems that LR is remembering the first thumbnail template setting w/o being able to update to the latest template. I've restarted LR, cleared browser history, viewed on different computers, etc. I've cleared template cache.
Is there something that I'm missing? Do I have to delete the original, older albums with smaller thumbnails and templates and republish them with the newer settings?
Thanks for any assistance you might give.
Thanks, Matthew.
I published a large number of photos through Lightroom 5 to my site. After viewing the photos on my site I decided to modify a number of them in Lightroom, making changes to contrast, etc. I saw the modified photos in the TTG folder that I had created in Lightroom as being separated from the already published ones on my site.
So, I clicked Publish. But then I noticed that a number of the modified photo thumbnails in Lightroom had the white dots in the upper right hand corner indicating that the thumbnails had not updated the changes yet. So, I clicked the "X" in the Publishing progress bar to stop the publish update until all the thumbnails had lost their little dots indicating the updates to the edit.
The publishing did not stop. I saw that the modified photos were still being published despite clicking on the "X" to stop the publish. Is this normal? And, did the editing and changes to the photos get published despite the thumbnails in Lightroom having the little dots in the upper right hand corner?
It's still running, lots of photos in the folder.
Thanks.
Thank you.
I've created a Full Screen slide show after a bit of fumbling as a newby.
http://coyotepixel.net/galleries/silver-star-mountain/
The photos are very cropped by about 50%. Do I have to change the dimensions of the photos within the album or is there a way to show the full image even if the window size is increased or decreased?
Thanks!
