Great thanks,

I entered this first line of kit code into one of my menu names followed by the icon code
Whitelisted the action.
The existing social media icons can now be seen.

I'm saddened to read this since the Cart is such a cool feature! I'm very happy with it.

The cart is one of the main reasons for me and I am sure a lot of professional photographers out there.

Is it possible for Coupons and/or Voucher Codes to be album specific?

I wish to offer my clients a voucher code but only for a specific album. I can only get the voucher code to work sitewide.

I want to change the naming of some buttons

Guys Thank you so so much for your help and advise, I managed to sort all the problems out but creating a fresh install, I must have missed something out.

Yes, I have entered an API key, and the client response still does not work.

I am happy to send Ben my login credentials if necessary

#18 Re: Backlight 2 Support » Updating from BL1 to BL2 keeping WP-Divi home page » 2019-06-21 23:18:13

I am still getting this error message highlighted in red when I log in

Something went wrong
Expected one or zero rows from SQL query, multiple rows returned. sql: 'SELECT * FROM settings WHERE 1=1 AND key=?' params: array ( 0 => 'API_KEY', ) in PdoExtended.php on line 551

I have checked and the client response still does not work, see link https://keeneyegallery.co.uk/galleries/test1/

#19 Re: Backlight 2 Support » Updating from BL1 to BL2 keeping WP-Divi home page » 2019-06-21 22:01:55

Yes, the problem was I didn't log in as the administrator to update the files. I can access the galleries now.

The main Problem is, now when I log in as the administrator I get this error message

Something went wrong
Expected one or zero rows from SQL query, multiple rows returned. sql: 'SELECT * FROM settings WHERE 1=1 AND key=?' params: array ( 0 => 'API_KEY', ) in PdoExtended.php on line 551

And its also saying "Client response gallery is unavailable" even though its been installed under Backlight Modules. https://keeneyegallery.co.uk/galleries/test1/

I managed to install BL2 keeping my WP Pages intact, but when I try to get to the galleries I get this error message:

I am updating a site for a client that has purchased BL2 and wishes to upgrade from BL1

This is the state is live and has BL1 installed:
I have created a WP Home, Contact, T&Cs, Privacy and Cookie Policy pages
I would like the "Clients" link on the menu bar to direct me to the updated BL2 Galleries
Is it also possible to keep the information settings from BL1 ie, Design Templates, Cart Pricing and localisation settings for both Designer & Cart?

Please can you give me instructions on how to update to BL2 as not overwrite my WP pages

the site in question is:

#22 Re: Backlight Support » Bug Found in "add an item to cart" popup » 2019-06-18 14:07:43

Hi Matt

I do not have Backlight in my customer cart for down load.
I do have both shopping cart, and client response.
Please can you help, as I want to ensure i have the latest version.

The demo shopping cart popup scrolls on my mobile. But it does not on my version of Backlight.

#23 Re: Backlight Support » Password expiration setting » 2019-06-17 14:49:58

Thanks for that. If option 1 could be available it would make the decision of purchasing BL2 a no brainer.

Hi Guys

I would like to suggest a function. This is a password expiration setting.

The reason for this is so my galleries are not permanently accessible to my clients, so the password would have an expiration date pre set.

Another great function would be to access and change passwords online.

Would this be a viable proposition for an update?
