Can someone point me in the right direction to find the Localization settings for BL2 as they seem to have moved from the same location as BL1

Overall: from the menu go to Admin> Settings > Languages
Cart: from the menu go to Cart > Settings > Languages
Client Response: from the menu go to Client Response > Settings > Languages
