and i get a "the requested content cannot be loaded - please try again later" error when client send an order... but mails come thrue fine?

ye just need to fold out the heart in top right corner - so customers easy can find the send button

Settings are updated to use HTTPS - and normal galleries work fine
I have no idea of what Pangolin is and how I use it

It worked in April - meanwhile i've changed to SSL - i don't know if that changes anything

I have fully updated CRG to the newest version - same with backlight
When I'm using unmanaged albums I cant send the order.
I can press the envelope - and fill in the forms - but when I press send - nothing happens
Then I'm back to the albums - and the page freezes - nothing is sent by mail - not to me or the client
When I'm using the albums ( managed by CRG ) everything is fine
Email etc works

Hi there
I've just updated backlight to newest version i hope that i could disable the menu on mobile phones easely
I Can't find it anywhere
can you help?

You need to edit an album template, then look under "Add-ons" to enable client response features.

Hi
I have installed the website on www.vejbyfoto.dk yesterday - bought and downloaded all files yesterday
starting to set it up
Backlight is working fine, and the CRG module is installed and i can see it on the admin website
But - it dosen't show up in the template menu when i create a new album template ?
and in lightroom CRG is greyed out aswell, when i make a new album - under the integration tap?
Any suggestions?

looks like that your page docent like that i had either "_" in my gallery name or "-" in my collection in LR

Hello
I've installed TTG-BE
uploaded a gallery created by lightroom 5.3 CE 4 Galley and uploadede to
vejbyfoto.dk/ttg-be/templates/gallery
Publishers uploaded to
/ttg-be/publisher
installed publisher in lightroom
API key set - Authentication check successful
all folder rights is set to 777
still i get the error
Can’t update this collection.
Unable to perform action: getSetupForTemplate
Message: The template <cite>ttg-be/templates/gallery/</cite> could not be found. Create this template with CE4 Gallery then upload it to your server.
