Unmanaged album not working
I have fully updated CRG to the newest version - same with backlight
When I'm using unmanaged albums I cant send the order.
I can press the envelope - and fill in the forms - but when I press send - nothing happens
Then I'm back to the albums - and the page freezes - nothing is sent by mail - not to me or the client
When I'm using the albums ( managed by CRG ) everything is fine
Email etc works

are you logged in to backlight when trying this? try from a different browser or log out and try again.
Is this in Backlight 1 or Backlight 2?

I was logged in - tried from a different browser ( chrome ) - the same result - you can test it yourself - see post 2

It worked in April - meanwhile i've changed to SSL - i don't know if that changes anything

Make sure you've updated Backlight's settings to use your HTTPS address. And have you tried using the Pangolin modules? The Okapi stuff is less well maintained, as it's basically retired.

By which I mean that much has changed under the hood since Okapi was a first-class citizen, and it's entirely possible it's out of touch a bit. Pangolin should be fully up-to-speed.

Settings are updated to use HTTPS - and normal galleries work fine
I have no idea of what Pangolin is and how I use it

If you're using an up-to-date version of Backlight, then the Pangolin modules are the newer modules for designing pages, galleries, etc.
When creating a template, choose Pangolin, rather than "Standard Page", "Standard Album", etc. We've been shipping the Pangolin modules for more than a year now.

Glad that's solved it. I think you will find the Pangolin modules are far superior in design and ease of use.

and i get a "the requested content cannot be loaded - please try again later" error when client send an order... but mails come thrue fine?
