I am using CE3 for my website.  I was told that when I purchased CE4 Publisher I would have access to the CE3 version.  What do I need to do to download the CE3 version?

Are galleries numbered in the order in which they are uploaded or do I have control over the numbering (and therefore the order of appearance) of galleries I upload.  For instance, I have four galleries uploaded and add a fifth which I would like to appear as the first gallery on my galleries page.  Is that possible, or must it appear after the four galleries I previously uploaded?

Early in 2014 I started building my site using CE3 Pages and Gallery and got "sidetracked".  I estimate I have completed 80% of the work to get the site ready.  If I choose to go to CE4 will I lose some or all of the work that I have completed?  Will the advantages of the newer version offset any additional efforts (if there are any) that I will need to make?

Once I get my site up I intend to add the shopping cart and possibly utilize publisher.
