Can I hyperlink to external page

In the Navigation;Hyperlinks section can I code so the page opens in a new window.

Don't want to manually go through the pages and change the code but I need a link to an external source but basically don't want to lose my visitors.

in CE3 engines you can check the box to have the page open in a new window. If not using CE3, then just code it with standard html
