Hi all
Really sorry if this is answered somewhere but I couldn't find it with a search.
I'm having a bit of trouble in Lightroom 4
I am a simpleviewer pro customer, and discovered your TTG Simpleveiwer (version 2.3.0.1) today and it could make my life so much easier to create galleries direct from Lightroom instead of using 3rd party gallery software (I currently pay for and use jAlbum)
I have installed TTG SimpleViewer into the web galleries folder and it appears in Lightroom 4 no problem
I then closed Lightroom, and copied the entire svcore folder from my download of SimpleViewer-Pro and pasted it into the TTG_SimpleViewer.lrwebengine folder clicking on yes to all when prompted to replace existing files.
I then created a gallery using TTG SimpleViewer in Lightroom 4 and used my FTP settings (which work fine on other layout styles) but right at the end of the upload it fails with the error message
"Warnings
Upload did not complete successfully
The file svcore was missing
One warning occurred"
I'd really appreciate any help that can be offered
Many thanks in advance
Chris

Just a quick update to this (not sure if it helps find the problem)....
If I choose "Export" instead of "Upload" from within the Web tab in Lightroom, then I upload the saved files via my standard FTP uploader then it works without a hitch. It just wont do a direct upload from within Lightroom.
Uploading from within Lightroom works for other web galleries just not this one and it's typical this is the only one I want.
Many thanks
Chris

It's best to use Export and then upload the results of the Export to your site via FTP. Lightroom's upload feature can be unreliable. See this: http://wiki.theturninggate.net/doku.php … ctionality
