No. It won't share things like block or grid settings, just common settings like global colors, fonts, header, footer, etc.
that being said, you can get away with a lot with share common settings checked, you'll still have to style the block and grid.
Also, you won't see those shared settings show up in Lightroom. For instance, if you've designed Pages to have a red background, when you work in any other plug-in and you check "share common resources", you won't see that red background. The only way to see those settings in Lightroom is to use the template sharing trick or make the changes manually.
