Using Adobe Typekit Fonts?

Is it possible to use the Adobe typekit fonts directly in the CE2 or CE3 templates?

The fonts require the insertion of a Javascript tag into the <head> section of the page.

Thanks in advance.

Re: Using Adobe Typekit Fonts?

if they're anything like Google Web Fonts, then maybe. Matt will have to confirm though

Re: Using Adobe Typekit Fonts?

Thank you -- I'll try it but the format seems to be different. The typekit is not a link but is a Javascript tag. Maybe there's a workaround.

I don't think the fonts can be directly downloaded and stored on the computer - I think that may be coming with the CC upgrades in June.

Re: Using Adobe Typekit Fonts?

Then just insert the Javascript using PHPlugins, either in the head or in the foot as instructed by the Typekit setup. Same basic concepts apply as in our Google Web Fonts tutorial, only if you can't download the fonts to preview locally, then you probably won't be able to preview the fonts in LR. The Web module doesn't get along well when hot-linked to online resources.
