Viewport Sizer

I'm working on a 21.5" iMac with 10.6.8
In LR windows mode, holding alt key down to increase size of left work panel ....
The width numbers in the Viewport Size reduce down to 375 but then stick there. The panel gets bigger and the preview window gets smaller but the width readout number in Viewport sticks at 375 (which is short of iphone target).

Re: Viewport Sizer

Press the backslash key -- \ -- to hide the toolbar at the top of the preview area. I think that's holding you up.

Re: Viewport Sizer

Backslash key was actually another issue for me ... it wasn't really doing it. I think I got the toolbar to hide once with it, but could not repeat. Also, what is that 'unsaved web gallery' 'create saved web gallery' ?

Re: Viewport Sizer

Glad that solved it.

Mostly nonsense, the Web module working as it does. Ignore it; focus on using the Template Browser instead. It's less wonky and therefore more reliable.

Re: Viewport Sizer

Hang on ....

I'm using CE3 Pages and Full-Screen, Flip Gallery Home page (which I think is really cool - more about that later), but ...

Preview in the Viewport = I get menu buttons (in 2 rows) along the top and one big image with up/down arrows (as per normal)

But,

Viewed on my actual iphone = I get mobile style header & menus + thumbnail grid view below (which graduates to swipe gallery etc)

Re: Viewport Sizer

The full-screen isn't meant for mobile and gets redirected.

Re: Viewport Sizer

Okeky dokey - I get that.

For desktop use the full screen looks awesome, me thinks ... would it be a possible/likely update feature to extend the theme through to the other pages? I feel there's a lack of continuity, it kinda feels like you're jumping to another site when you leave the home page.  I think it's just the menu bar really.

Re: Viewport Sizer

The menu bar is something I want to revisit for the full-screen presentation in future updates, but it's meant for the Home page only.
