Fatal error - backlight/framework/Framework.php

I am seeing this error regularly after publishing two albums out of four in an album set:

Warning: require_once(./../../../backlight/framework/Framework.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home3/nfarl/public_html/PhotoAlbum/gallery/2020-activities/kitteridge-magnet-school-ariss-contact/lib.php on line 48

Fatal error: require_once(): Failed opening required './../../../backlight/framework/Framework.php' (include_path='.:/opt/php71/lib/php') in /home3/nfarl/public_html/PhotoAlbum/gallery/2020-activities/kitteridge-magnet-school-ariss-contact/lib.php on line 48

Any ideas where to look?

Details

- Albums are from an existing gallery that was moved to a new server.  Moved via download / upload process Rod described recently.

- Backlight was upgraded from 1.22 to 3.01 today.  No issues with upgrade other than losing my customized templates in upgrade process.  I've imported the old templates from the copy of Backlight on the old server and tweaked them for the new gallery styling.

- All four albums use the same album template

- Albums are being published from Lightroom Classic.

- No issues with publishing the albums on the old server.

- I'm using this Album Set to test 3.01 before launching into updating the remainder of albums.

Appreciate your help in advance!

Re: Fatal error - backlight/framework/Framework.php

in the main Backlight dashboard try clicking on the Update Album Files link

make sure that both Backlight and the Lightroom Publisher plugin are up to date.
