for regular albums: https://backlight.me/docs/image-downloads. Thiough this isn't technically for two downloads. You could publish using large thumbnails and viewers could right-click and download the thumbs

Sorry, I solved my own problem. A 2048px image would print adequately up to 6x8 inches at 240 ppi. Only need one download size.
These will be adjusted on screen by the local device.
