I notice after I have upgraded to BL3 that the pictures appear often partially. I have the feeling that they won't be fully downloaded. I see only the upper part of them, the rest below has the background color. But I can click still on it this white part in order to move to the next picture.
What's wrong?
(sorry, i posted this two times, in General and here).

what browser/device are you viewing the site on?
can you post a link to your site?

...and click on an image to see them separately and go trough them by clicking on the image until it happens (randomly). That happens on my iPhone and on my computer (Safari for both device). I tried with iCabMobile on my iPhone and it happens too.
I noticed something: refreshing doesn't help. But when I erase the cookies for my site, the image appears fully after having refreshed the window. Does that help?

this has been happening in Safari for a long, long time (long before Backlight 3). It seems to be a Safari issue and not a Backlight issue. I sometimes see it happening with my site masthead image as well. It doesn't happen in other browsers.
Here's another thread on the same issue: http://community.theturninggate.net/vie … p?id=10970

Weird. I'm not seeing the issue opening your site in Safari. What version of MacOS are you using? I'm on Catalina, so the latest Safari.

I see it happening on my iPad in Safari. Happens on my site occasionally too. I think it's been mentioned on the forum more than once and has been determined a Safari issue. I think...

Same randomness happens with my site on Safari for iOS.

I’ve also seen it on my site using iPad and Safari. It is very random and usually if I close out of the site and relaunch it clears up. I always thought it was a bandwidth issue when trying to load images, but it could certainly be an issue with Safari on IOS devices too. Another one of those deep dark mysteries of Apple. ?

It would be good if anybody experiencing this could check the network traffic via the Developer tools to see whether the images are being fully downloaded from the server.
