Hello
My album template 'Album-Justified-1 Column' is not following the running order set in Lightroom as it should.
I have re-uploaded the photos several times, cleared cache & cookies etc but the setting is still ignored.
The album is used in this set:

The running order it is stuck in was the original setting until I changed it in Lightroom but Backlight seems to be ignoring the updated order.
The photo 'Never Stop Exploring' should be appearing last.
Any ideas?
Thanks
Neville

In the album do you have the Photo Order set to Managed by Lightroom?

I had forgotten about Clear Template Cache again.....but after clearing it there is still no difference.
Yes Photo Order is set to be Managed by Lightroom.

Custom order from Lightroom only works on initial publish. If you change the photo order after that then the new order won’t come through.
This is a limitation of Lightroom. It does not provide the ordering information or any way for the plugin to find out the order.

That's if you change the Sort Order in the Lightrom grid, correct? The Photo Order in the album settings in Publisher are being honored.

That’s right, Rod.

I changed it from 'Managed by Lightroom' to 'Order by Capture Time'......which is the order I wanted.....and it's fixed.
Capture Time was the order it was set to in Lightroom so not sure why Backlight was ignoring it in the first place.
Whatever works I guess.

As above, if it was set to Managed by Lightroom then the order is only available to the plugin upon first publish. I’m glad you got it working.
