I'm having an issue with my albums in that I can't delete them and when I edit them it creates a second album.
I can delete them in Lightroom but get the error message "The collection could not be deleted from the service" and the album remains on the Galleries page.
When I edit an existing album, it shows as a single album in Lightroom but there are multiple albums on my web site with the same name with only the change that I made showing in the album.
The only album showing in Lightroom is "20191214 Basketball Norcross Tucker" yet there are 7 albums showing on my Galleries page.

Any ideas?

Is Backlight and the Publisher plugin up to date?
Have you tried deleting the duplicate albums from Backlight?

The plugins are up to date.
Not sure how to delete the duplicate albums from Backlight.

In Backlight, go to the Publisher section.
Click on the “albums” link corresponding to the top level gallery.
Click on the name of the album.
Click delete.

Thanks. That took care of the immediate problem. I'll see if the issue duplicates itself tonight when I edit the remaining album.

I posted a new album and was able to delete it off the web site using Lightroom so that problem has resolved.
However, I still get a second album whenever I edit the existing one with only the changed item posted. Any idea why this is happening? The change does not show in the original album.

Ben will need to address this. He’ll probably need Backlight admin and perhaps ftp access. He’ll also probably ask for your logs.
Occasionally, when publishing a new album, I get a second, empty album. I just fix it in Backlight and move on. But this happens to me rarely. Sounds like you’ve got a more pressing problem.

It happens every time I edit an album.
Ben had been helping me and has those privileges though he probably needs new logs.

I continue to have this problem.
Ben, I sent you my most recent log file. If you wouldn't mind, could you take a look.
