Hi,
My checkboxes in the cart menu stopped working.
For example: https://www.circuitpics.nl/webshop/back … text_terms
When checking out I want those links to be working and showing the popup screen.
I activated HTTPS today,. Not sure if that has anything to do with it ?

Doubtless someone will drop by and go through the things to check, but if it helps I activated my https a couple of weeks ago and it took about 24 hours for everything to settle down properly - I had a variety of intermittent errors for most of the day.

Rod, this looks to be the checkboxes on the invoiced checkout. I can see that the URLs within the terms and conditions text are failing to activate pop-up windows. But I can't see any errors in the console or missing resources.

I was wrong before about the html missing. It's there.
You could try going to your Backlight Dashboard page and under Special Links, try clearing template cache.
Also try clearing browser cache.
You could also try going to the Cart section and disabling the check boxes. Log out of Backlight (maybe even close the browser and relaunch it afterwards) then log back in, and check the boxes again.
Clear browser cache again and relaunch your site and see if those links on the checkout page work.
Are your Backlight and Cart installations all up to date?
Is your host implementing any sort of pop-up blocking?
Is your site using any tracking software? I see an error in the Console referencing adservice.google.com, googLeads, and others.
The error is:
Request to access cookie or storage on “<URL>” was blocked because it came from a tracker and content blocking is enabled
I don't get these errors on my site so I'm guessing it might be related to a service you're using?
You could try disabling any of these to see if that allows the popups to appear.

I think I've found the problem. The template you've used for the cart pages is using Okapi. The pop-ups require Fancybox, which aren't part of the Okapi scripts. This is likely an omission on our part.
Can you try using a Pangolin template for the Cart template?

The add-ons for Backlight 2 require the use of the Pangolin templates, and are not compatible with Okapi. Okapi is made available only to those upgrading from Backlight 1, with the intention that it should be used as a stepping stone for transitioning into the Pangolin templates, which is where you will be benefitting most from all the work and improvements that have gone into Backlight 2.
