Where is the text color for the feedback form set?

Are you referring to the Client Response feedback form?

to change that from the text color set in the page template will require custom css.

try this for regular text:

#submissionForm p {
color: red;
}

and this for links:

#submissionForm a {
color:green; 
}

if you need specific colors, here's more on css color: https://www.w3schools.com/css/css_colors.asp

If that doesn’t do what you want, can you be more specific as to what text you want to change?
