Portfolio site

A friend of mine is a set designer of renown in Canada. She has asked me to create a portfolio website to showcase her work.

I've been documenting her stage designs for the past 35 years, so all but one of the photos featured are mine. The other images are collages that she uses to develop her designs.

Having already designed a printed portfolio, I decided to use jpeg images of each page as images for the Portfolio section.

The Animation section is a slideshow I built in After Effects and put online in a Backlight Theater module.

It is a sparse, simple site that goes to the point. Ms.Lévesque is thrilled by the result.

Great thanks to Rod for all the help and support during this project.
I also tip my hat to Daniel, Ben and Matt for their generous availability.

UPDATE: Ms. Levesque has won the Walter Carsen Prize for Excellence in the Performing Arts! We are very proud of course.

Re: Portfolio site

Looks great. I wish the images were larger in the gallery, but if the printed pages were all you had access to, then good enough. Mostly, happy to hear she's so thrilled with the result.
