Cart Item (Product) - Applying No tax?

Hey Guys,
Trying to include a Product (Digital File) to not be taxed in the cart.
What's the trick here?

FYI, this is to be a "digital file" purchase, but I don't want it as a "downloadable" from the gallery, rather, I will send it by an email send to my clients directly. So it requires a communication with the client.
Seems this means I need to set it up as a "Physical Product" to bypass the "Downloadable Directory" section in the "Digital Products" option. Is this correct?
But as a "Physical" product, it wants to add tax automatically.

Thanks.

Anyone got a take on this?
Can you make a single item "tax-inclusive", or either "no tax applied"?

Since it's in the overall settings, I don't think so.

Bummer. Was hoping there might be a Lightroom/"Category" box option for that.
