Hello,
I am setting up my Wordpress Blog, see link below:
***
I am trying to change the default font used in the Blog Post headers e.g. 'Walk - Zennor to Porthmeor'
The headers are using the same Bellefair font that is used for our Piktour logo.
I had assumed I would be able to go into:
Backlight > Designer > Templates > Theme Templates > Theme Default
then change:
Typography > Headings Font Properties in the Page Template 'Page - 2 Column - WordPress' that it uses.
***
I also tried:
Backlight > Designer > Pages > Blog
changing:
Typography > Headings Font Properties in the Page Template 'Page - Classic - No Logo - WordPress' that it uses.
***
However neither of these has any effect.
***
Any idea where Wordpress is drawing the Font formatting from?
Many thanks,
Neville

the headings should be controlled under Typography > Headings Font Properties
that's how it's working in mine.
Are your settings such that when you make changes to the page template, the WordPress theme is exported to WordPress? If not, you'll need to export the theme after any change you make to the page template that controls the theme
are all your Backlight modules up to date?

Hello Rod,
Thanks for the reply.
It seems the theme page was corrupted. Created a new one and all works OK.

Hello Rod,
I have found another issue with this theme page.
On a mobile the Primary Masthead won't go away. My Settings:
Masthead > Primary Masthead > Visibility > Desktop
Whatever this is set at makes no difference on a mobile. None of the Border or Padding settings make any difference on a mobile either.
The Primary Masthead logo does not pick up the Bellefair default font either, it seems to be using Arial I think.
NB. All changes work when viewed on a Desktop.
Regards,
Neville

How are you applying/including the font? Is it a Google font or another font you purchased?

It looks like your template is using the title in the top pallet for mobile devices

Hello Rod,
Yes that's the small version of the Title that sits in the top left corner.....I want that one to stay on mobile.
It's the Primary Masthead one that is causing the problem.....it sits on top of the top pallet icons on mobile and looks a mess. If I could move it down a bit it would be fine but the padding settings have no effect.
The strangest thing.....just checked on my mobile and the Primary Masthead one has disappeared now! It would not budge yesterday! It's almost like it had been cached like an image.
Anyway it's gone now.
One thing though. The small Title in the Top Pallet is still not picking up the Bellefair Font. Yes it's a Google font.....which gets picked up OK on the rest of the site, and on the Blog on Desktop, just not on the Blog on Mobile.

that might be a bug for Matt to look into.
I'll try to duplicate the problem when I get some time.
